Airport Dining Head Chef

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Airport Dining Head Chef to lead multiple high‑volume airport food outlets. The role combines culinary creativity with strong operational oversight to ensure exceptional food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain diverse menus that balance innovation with consistency for airport diners.
• Ensure strict compliance with local, regional and international food safety standards, including HACCP and FIFO procedures.
• Oversee day‑to‑day kitchen operations across several outlets, managing production planning, cleaning schedules and inventory control.
• Conduct regular health and safety inspections, internal and external audits, and address customer feedback to continuously improve offerings.
• Lead, train and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a culture of discipline, teamwork and high performance.

Required profile

• Proven track record managing high‑volume culinary operations, preferably in airport or large‑scale hospitality environments.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities with a focus on food safety and quality.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a multicultural, fast‑paced setting.
