Part‑time Concierge / Airport Representative

About the role

Join Hilton’s hospitality team as a Part‑time Concierge/Airport Representative. You will be the first point of contact for arriving guests, creating a warm welcome at the airport and ensuring a seamless transition to the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Greet Hilton guests at the airport with a personalized welcome.
• Assist with luggage handling and escort guests to their transportation.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Provide recommendations and arrange dining, tours, transportation, and local attractions.
• Coordinate special services such as medical care, childcare, floral delivery, and other personalized needs.
• Manage guest communications, including messages, mail, and packages.
• Support VIP guests with registration and elevated service.
• Promote hotel offerings and encourage use of hotel programs.
