Marketing Strategy & Performance Manager

About the role

The Marketing Strategy & Performance Manager will lead the design, execution and optimisation of integrated marketing programmes that drive customer acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention for Digicel’s commercial portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, the role combines strategic planning with data‑driven performance management across prepaid, postpaid, device and business segments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with business objectives and commercial priorities.
• Lead the conceptualisation, planning, execution and evaluation of campaigns, promotions, communications and thought‑leadership activities.
• Manage performance‑marketing initiatives, messaging frameworks, customer‑engagement programmes and influencer partnerships.
• Oversee paid media across multiple channels to maximise ROI and conversion rates.
• Build and manage relationships with media agencies, creative partners, event vendors and digital platforms.
• Allocate and optimise the marketing budget to ensure maximum commercial return.
• Own marketing analytics, attribution models, measurement frameworks and reporting processes.
• Consolidate and interpret campaign data to provide actionable business insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience in planning and delivering data‑driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong track record of managing agency relationships and strategic partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to optimise marketing spend and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Experience in using analytics and attribution models to inform decision‑making.
