Marketing Officer & Real Estate Support

About the role

The Marketing Officer & Real Estate Support role is based in Barbados and serves the Eastern Caribbean markets. Reporting to the Assistant Manager – Investments – Caribbean, the position combines marketing campaign execution for investment products with promotional support for real‑estate assets.

Key responsibilities

• Implement approved marketing plans and campaigns for investment, wealth‑management and brokerage solutions across Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean.
• Coordinate campaign briefs, creative development, approvals, media placement and market deployment.
• Prepare market‑ready materials for advisors, digital channels, client events and partnership activities.
• Support property promotions, leasing campaigns, photography, digital listings, signage and property events.
• Track performance metrics, maintain budget trackers, purchase requisitions and supplier records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum two years of relevant marketing experience, with knowledge of real‑estate or regulated industries.
• Understanding of investment, wealth‑management and brokerage products and related regulatory considerations.
• Ability to manage multiple markets, properties and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
