General Maintenance/Tiler

About the role

Join Hilton’s hospitality team as a General Maintenance/Tiler and help keep our hotel safe, functional, and welcoming. You will combine hands‑on maintenance with tile and masonry work to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces look their best.

Key responsibilities

• Support overall facility maintenance across guest rooms, public spaces, and back‑of‑house areas.
• Respond quickly to guest calls and internal service requests.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and identify potential issues.
• Document all inspections, repairs, and any follow‑up actions.
• Install, replace, and repair tile, marble, granite, brick, and stone for decorative and functional purposes.
• Perform surface repairs on walls, floors, and exterior areas using cement, pavers, grout, and caulk.
• Apply finishes such as sealants, epoxy, plaster, and compound materials to close penetrations and finish surfaces.

Required skills

• Tile installation and replacement.
