Digital Content Executive

About the role

Thomas.A Public Relations is seeking a digitally‑savvy, culturally‑literate storyteller to join its remote team. As a Digital Content Executive you will turn strategic communications, campaigns and everyday business activity into compelling digital narratives for Caribbean‑focused clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital content across multiple client accounts and the agency’s own platforms.
• Collaborate with communications and account teams to translate strategies, events and announcements into digital storytelling.
• Conceptualise, write and schedule copy for social media, reels, carousels and short‑form video.
• Create or coordinate digital assets, working with designers, photographers and videographers.
• Identify timely, culturally relevant storytelling opportunities and adapt content for different platforms.
• Support content capture at events, activations and other relevant activities.

Required profile

• Digitally savvy with a strong sense of Caribbean culture and storytelling.
• Comfortable moving between creative ideation and practical execution.
• Ability to manage multiple moving pieces and own projects from concept through publication.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
